Eastern Valley Chemicals’ revolutionary new liquid laundry detergents, Halo® and Halo® ProActive Sports Wash, were featured on the 12 August episode of the popular BBC show Dragons’ Den. Development of these innovative products places EVC at the forefront of laundry technology.
Halo® laundry liquid is scientifically proven to destroy the super bugs MRSA and C. difficile, as well as the H1N1 flu virus, at temperatures as low as 30oC. A commercial version of this product is available called Fabrix®, which will shortly be relaunched as Halo Commercial.
Halo® ProActive Sports Wash is designed to remove sweat and odours from sports clothing and training shoes at just 30oC. It is antibacterial and destroys the fungus responsible for athlete’s foot.
Both Halo® and Sports Wash offer superb cleaning performance and are better suited to people with sensitive skin because they are non-biological.
EVC are working with Paragon PE Ltd, which created the Germ Warfare product range, to introduce Halo® and Halo® ProActive Sports Wash into the retail sector. Paragon’s Paul Ward, who appeared on the show, is in discussion with one of the the UK’s largest supermarket chains, which is interested in stocking Halo®.
